Main Features：
Centralized computer control systems and parameter setup by touch screen to obtain intellectualized management. Cocoon feeder system applied synchronizing frequency converter, which driven by bilaterally symmetrical form, to keep the driving in simple system, with low noisy / low consume and easy to maintain. Detecting period for cocoon feeding is steepless control, the maximum rate for cocoon feeder is 543 times per unit per minute.
With constant linear velocity, uniform yarn size and tension for the inner and outer skein layers. Fine end-picking device with combined type has the good end picking effect, high automation and low labor intensity. Cocoon volume detecting device with two pawls and intermittent cocoon adding device should keep in synchronous movement with cocoon feeder to avoid cocoon leakage during in machine turning part. Grand reel has 6 kinds of adjusting speed, being technical adapting. Water-supplying device for cocoon feeder and intermittent water supplying device for end feeder to keep the reeling in easy management.

Movable type cocoon feeder, which with single cocoon feeding cam, to obtain both pawls in picking cocoons, so to meet cocoon double picking or more picking requirement. The intermittent rectangle type Denier with short lever to control the raw silk size, the size deviation and uniformity are precede the exist thick raw silk.
Lengthening the croisure is of great advantage to improve raw silk roundness and reduce the moisture. There are 3 adjustable detecting period to meet high, middle and low speed requirement.
